Shaw India Software Private Limited seeks a talented Senior Analyst to join the financial data team within its financial research group in Hyderabad. The financial data team works with traders and quantitative analysts supporting the Firm’s global proprietary trading activities. Responsibilities of the team include financial data research and database creation and maintenance. The financial research group also supports extensive mission-critical processes and works closely with the technology team in order to effect automation and exception analysis. The Senior Analyst role involves task and process training, allocating resources, setting up new processes, improving existing processes, quality control, and managing final project deliverables.

Salary Range: Negotiable
Key Skills: The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and quantitative skills. He/she will also possess a rigorous work ethic, a background in financial data process implementation, strong management experience, and a genuine interest in finance. Should be university graduates in any discipline. Professional experience in global financial markets and with offshore processes is a decided advantage.
